This is a technique of natural hair styling, considered a method of braiding. The model in this video is Alexzandria Darkis. At the time that this video is filmed, she is 8 years old. @Tiny Tee 3 Strand Not as hard as u think. I picked up in 60s u can too! Keep throwing 1 of 3 strands over the 2strands and keep repeating. Now master flat twist seems like cornrow because u pick up piece hair add to twist keep flat. New subbies throw flag for no real reason. ✌

I had no idea three strand twists could be done to the scalp. You are good! I don’t think I would be able to do this but I love 3 strand twists, they give the best definition. Zan is so pretty and well mannered. I just love her 💓 Oh and you got me hooked on that Giovanni lol. Makes my hair so soft. GlamFam Hair & Beauty 1. I am a cosmetologist so I really appreciate all the hard work y’all put into this channel! Question: I have 3A curly hair but my daughter has type 2 at best...do you think (with product of course) that this would work with her hair?

That will depend on her porosity and her density. I am a huge fan of Giovanni Ultra Moist 2chic line, but styling product can vary based on the desired feel and hold. I personally love the mixture of foaming wrap and setting lotion. I mix 2/3 setting lotion to 1/3 foaming wrap (Nairobi is my favorite on both of those.) in a foaming wrap bottle. That way it still goes on like a foam, but holds nicely, without crunchiness. Thanks so much for the compliment on the videos! We truly appreciate you watching!
