Not sure if this would work, but instead of taping it piece by piece, maybe you could assemble it on a transfer tape? Or reuse a HTV with adhesive backing and puzzle it there? Love the shirt though. Keep it up! Subscribed.

I use a bigger board from home depot so that the shirt does not hang off the sides. Once all pieced together I use the adhesive to place the shirt on top of the paper. Using the bigger board I just slide the shirt around...makes rotating so much better.

It's the 4ft by 8ft Tempered Panel, @ HD, 1/8 thick. I had it cut into two 40x40 but I suggest you cut it as large as whatever the measurement for at least a 3x shirt (width-sleeve tip to sleep tip, plus 1 inch. Length, top of shirt to bottom, plus 1 inch.)

this is at most a 10 min process. say what you want, but if you cant adjust your prices to match the value of your work, then you're scraping the bottom of the barrel for customers and are living on low hanging fruit. get better at selling. as an industrious artist, this gives me full control over every aspect of my product with a laughably small overhead, and absolutely no backstock.
