That's what I'm talking about - skill progression is so important! I used to stress to my parents that you can't skip ingredients in special recipes.....likewise for gymnastics. At 48 I can still do handstands, splits cartwheels and back walkers but gotta get my back handspring back. After 5 kids, I took a break but I know I can do it.

i think so. its definitely going to be harder at an older age but i think as long as your careful and know what your doing you can
