How many miles? If i got one with around 100k should i just wait for something to break or should i just do the throttle actuator and rod bearing just to be safe? Looking to get a poor mans Lamborghini here for the weekends

Do a fresh oil change with liqui moly drive it 4500kms drain it into jugs and measure what it burns... if it burns over 1.0 liters id maybe consider rod bearings... but if it hasnt been beat it should be fine... and id wait for throttle actuators to actually fail befor replacing... but when you replace do them both ... i run 0.5 liters of automatic transmission fluid in with my engine oil helps keep the crank journals clear of sludge... check out other videos

@@BurninGas8.1i completely agree, but I would do idle actuators too while you’re in there for the throttle actuators since they’re right next to each other

still a little confused. Do you just do three revs and floor it with a little bit of brake or...?
