Hello. I like your content.. May I just ask for clarification. Is the first question "Did you see the defendant at the bar that night?" not a leading question for apparently suggesting that the witness was at the bar that night?.. thank you

Thanks for the kind words. So, the technique I mentioned definitely walks a fine line at "suggesting answers." You will have to get a feel for your judge and how far you can push it and maintain that line. For me, I've been able to successfully argue that these types of questions are not suggesting any particular answer because the witness is given multiple options on what the answer may be. I hope this helps. I plan on doing another video on this topic soon and will definitely try to clarify this a little more.
