And then we're gonna kind of jump into a handstand, so check it out.
We're gonna go like that. So, it looks like this, straight back, straight back. Now, it might have a little fear factor into it, but trust me, this one hand on the floor, as long as you have that, you'll be safe, alright? As long as you keep going back. Follow, follow your hand, alright? Soon as your hand goes all the way back, make sure you follow, you gotta follow through. Here we go. Here. Monkey flip.

Break dancing is a type of street dance, and in that is inspired movements that were seen and added into the art of this particular kind of dancing. People shouldn't be hatin' and saying it was stolen or that it isn't breaking, cause it was an inspired move. Plus, the way this guy does it is a great break down for people who are starting out with power moves which was probably his potential goal in the first place. It doesn't matter how well it's "executed", it's the way the dancer portrays that move in their own style.

"Don't throw this more than one time in a run" No one should throw the move ever if it looks as bad as this dude does it. No idea why he is doing a tutorial on it since he isn't even beginner level on it. If you wanna know how to do the move properly look up a "Macaco" capoeira tutorial. It is an advanced transitional move and looks really nice and is very versatile when done properly. You can transition into 90's, head spins, zulu spins, footwork, flares, etc with it if you know it well.
