In today's video, I strapped a camera to my chest to give you an up-close look at how I wrap feet after a reflexology session using different towels. This method is great for removing excess oil or cream and can also double as a towel boot, allowing clients to walk without leaving oily footprints or risking slips.
I demonstrate using three different sized towels and reveal my preferred size and why. Here are the dimensions of the towels featured in the video:
Black and White Towel:
Length: 24" (61 cm)
Width: 16" (41 cm)
Green Striped Towel:
Length: 29.5" (75 cm)
Width: 17.5" (44.5 cm)
Japanese Flowers Towel:
Length: 26.25" (67.5 cm)
Width: 12" (30.5 cm)
These towels can often be found at local Japanese import stores.
Whether you're a professional reflexologist or just curious about foot care, this video will provide you with useful tips and techniques for a better reflexology experience.
Thanks for watching today and remember to keep those Feet Happy! 😊👣
