As a beginner who recently spent time practicing this, I think holding the board from the handle is much easier than holding it from the back strap like suggested here.

My board always gets sucked underwater. How much pressure do you put on the back fin with your elbow?

Hi Mike, you should pressure enough to make the board's front come out of the water. The idea is to lift the front of the board. It’s like a boat, and the objective is to have the front of the boat out of the water, so it cut’s through.

Where we can see waves on your video? One of the purpose of body dragging is to pass shore waves. Learning in perfect condition is OK, but what happens in real one?

The way to do it is the same. Here in Portugal, I have the waves and flat. But we only teach beginners in the flat, so I don't have the footage for the waves. I'll put on my to-do list to film all of the five types in waves in a future video.

No. This one is related to go body drag with the board, just before going to water start. There should be five body drag types. I think it's the first time I put it visible.
