You can easily find what incidents happen in local area through the internet also there will be yellow notice signs asking for witnesses. The woman either wanted the house for herself or trying to sabotage sale (might be owner) Happened to me I wanted to sell my flat and the other freeholder who owned the flat downstairs tried his best to sabotage the sale so he can buy himself at a discount. Some people have no morals.
