Incredible explanation and visual. I was able to get into the position in a strong form whereas before…my energy was all over the place and my muscles felt weak. Now I can feel where energy needs to be. Thanks you so very much.

This pose is to relive stress in the psoas muscles....nothing to do with the neck or back. Antone can call themselves Yoga International?????

dude holy shit it worked and i feel like a gymnast im not even going to lie. im 18 but very very weak because of early arthritis and low activity due to pandemic. so now i follow low impact workouts to just try and strengthen and not hurt myself. and yoga and pilates are smthn i’ve been wanting to get into. but yoga is especially intimidating. thankfully we have yoga pros willing to share their secrets. thank you

I the same way. I am 18 and also have early arthritis symptoms. Even since covid i've been very out of shape due to inactivity too
