Extremely powerful for dissolving stress & transforming stress into vitality, mental clarity, & enhanced mood unlocking our “natural pharmacy”, stimulating our endocrine system & “rewiring” our nervous system . I’m surprised yoga teachers rarely talk about this 😮 So powerful!

I believe “ushapana” (drinking warm water ) should be the first thing in d list as you got medicinal saliva in your mouth in d morning which helps in neutralizing the stomach acid. Of course, you need to brush before night

@yogainternational1 I have been having trouble getting clarity on how the breath is to be performed during the mantra. She says inhale on Sat and exhale on Nam. The inhalation is difficult for me to make the Sat sound without gasping. Can you please advise? Thank you!

Feel like any practice with movements/postures as its core isnt going to work for me to go the real depth of the unconcious mind. Theres a reason why 10 day silent meditation Vipassana courses have you sitting (with breaks) for most of the day. Movement masks dhukka (suffering) and generally speaking most have enough distraction already. That continual effort towards stillness is essential to see the true cause of suffering. This is still great though. Just not deep enough imo
