Multi tasking is one of the thing that is hard to handle as a chat support. We're chatting 3 people at the same time and we have to respond on a certain time. We're also expected to have this handling time to 1 customer. It's challenging somehow since you have to make customers satisfied the fact that they are already angry or unsatisfied upon starting the chat.
