Спасибо большое ! есть ли какой-то способ контролировать глубину в море или озере, где глубоко и не видно дна, что бы плыть на одном уровне. Может какие нибудь часы которые будут проговаривать или сигналить глубину?

Hi. I am a beginner. If we look down while kicking, how do we know that we have reached the end of the pool and are afraid of hitting our head.
@KAIZENFREEDIVING
@KAIZENFREEDIVING Жыл бұрын
Hi! You should use some kind of mark on the bottom of the pool (for example you can put a weight belt)
@uandi7709
@uandi7709 6 жыл бұрын
what about the speed of kicking the timing should be like a second for each leg to kick again?
@KAIZENFREEDIVING
@KAIZENFREEDIVING 6 жыл бұрын
u and I I am not timing my kicking but lets say Goran Colac spend 254 secs for 230 meters😉 I think best is concentrate on relaxation and gliding. But you can also experiment and find best speed for you. Often athletes with huge static, tend to swim bit slower.
@uandi7709
@uandi7709 6 жыл бұрын
Crystal Freediving thanks so kicking speed is not important
@KAIZENFREEDIVING
@KAIZENFREEDIVING 6 жыл бұрын
u and I speed is very important! If u are too fast, you are using to much energy, too slow - dive time going to be too long. Us usual you want to find golden middle, and cover the distance in the most efficient way.

I would like to ask you about something that bothers me with my weight.Without any wetsuit , just my trunks, mask and snorkel, 5kg on my weight belt won´t keep me down after a maximum inhale. I can go down easily but after a few meters I tend to float up again.Any suggestions? Once I float up my legs are like glued to the surface and I swim with like 0,0005km/h because it takes a ton of pressure to keep them under water and move forward.I tried medium stiffness and also splitfins, same problem.
@KAIZENFREEDIVING
@KAIZENFREEDIVING 5 жыл бұрын
Hi! Thank you for your question😊 Are we talking about pool or sea? If pool, might be it is because your body position, for example if you are looking forward, then you will float up. Let me know if you need further explanation!
@aijesa8185
@aijesa8185 5 жыл бұрын
Yes it is in the pool. My body position is as straight as possible, moving hips to assist kicks, arms stuck to the side not pointing forward. And yes i do look forward slightly. I did not expect to float up because of that.
@KAIZENFREEDIVING
@KAIZENFREEDIVING 5 жыл бұрын
@@aijesa8185 it can be an issue. Sometimes I see opposite. A freediver, who are positive buoyant, bring the chin close to the chest and swimming closing to the bottom, thinking that he is ok, or even negative

@KAIZENFREEDIVING
@KAIZENFREEDIVING 5 жыл бұрын
Correct me if I am wrong. You are doing DYN in a 25 meters pool, feel easy at 30 meters, a bit difficult at 40 meters and very hard at 50, after the turn, right? And you are also saying that you don't have contractions (or at least not the same as STA). And when you are saying that you feel "tension", you mean that your legs starts to feel pumped, right?

@@KAIZENFREEDIVING yea all of that is correct

And why i say 40m is when i get the urge to breath is sometimes i train at 50m pool so i dont need to turn
