On the Facebook page for the 30 day program, he has 11k members. At $20 a piece, he's made over $220k. I think he's got it pretty well figured out. Also, the program is fucking BRUTAL, and so worth it. You'd better be motivated though... it took me everything I had to get through it. Admittedly, I couldn't get through a few of them without getting sick ***legs***

ryan im 63 years old been lifting on and off for a long time. your exercises for arm growth are the greatest. i have changed my workout completly after watching ur videos. i always thought even at my age you had to lift the most you could but your high rep lighter weight has turned my workouts into muscle growth like i couldnt get when i was 30 years younger thanks a milloin ed armes

Gripping the dumbbells with your thumb on the same side as your fingers instead of a normal grip is a connection game changer for hammer curls! I love them!

I like using regular TP for the simple fact that there’s an increased chance of getting “the itch.” Once you get the Itch, let it bake for a couple hours and then when you go scratch it either in the shower or with more TP, it’s one of the most euphoric things you’ll ever experience.

He knows the articulations and planes of movement like a seasoned physical therapist. He packages his knowledge into easy to digest, relatable information and they get results. So. Baby wipes! Definitely! Also.... Because of you, my Personal Trainer thinks I'm completely mad with the way I do some exercises. But he's learnt from me too! Thank you for your insanity but most all, helping me do better exercises. Even if I look like I've lost it, in the middle of the gym floor, holding arms above my head between sets of tricep rope extensions / pull downs.

I love your sense of humor and I’ve already gained 15lbs over a month and 1/2 time frame but My gains have slowed way down. I’m looking to reach about 135/140lbs, I got back into working out at 101/102lbs. I hope maybe I can get my gains back in progress through your program. I’ve been consistently working out daily with my free weights and dumbbells along with my bow flex as well! So I have adequate equipment and I’m not afraid of kicking my own ass as long as the gains are there. Hope your program will help!
