Great instructional video! My introduction to martial arts as a kid was with YMCA Olympic Judo and although I've done several other martial arts in the years since, including Shuai Jiao (Chinese Wrestling) I've maintained my appreciation for the technical precision of Judo technique, which you explain and demonstrate very well!
