How to do interpolation from xyz data in QGIS

Hey i need help for doing interpolation I have about 80 points so what should be the value of rows and columns

Is it elevation data or lab results? To do interpolation you need XYZ values. XY for the Lat. and Long. respectively while Z is the measured value you will used to do the interpolation.
