It's not really hard, it's just like a backflip where you get that mental barrier and don't commit bcuz of potential injury with no padding

I feel like this is it. A lot of times we get hurt doing stunts because we mentally bail out so our body follows. The best way to get a new trick done is to mentally commit. The physical aspect is like 20% of the stunt. If you’re physically well fit, your legs and core have the power to pull off things like kips ups and handsprings. But when you mentally check out as you start the stunt your body follows and you get hurt. Just go for it yk?
