After Aicf registration, you also need to register in the specific tournament to play. 250 is only for aucf registration. Different tournaments will have different entry fees.

It is because, it is Valid till March. Every year in April you have to recharge which will end up in March next year irrespective of whenever you register.

You can crop the video to the smallest size possible (even just the head). This will reduce the file size to below 1000 kb.

It will stay. But it will show inactive. Later, when you decide to play in any tournament, only then you have to renew it.

Yes definitely. Before playing in any FIDE-rated tournament, you have register at AICF first. When you register for a tournament, you will be asked for your AICF id, which you get when you register at AICF.
