This exercise demo shows how to perform Power Clean with Medicine Ball with correct form
Start with feet at shoulder width apart and medicine ball between the feet with hands on the ball. Start with your shoulders above the ball and maintain an arch in your lower back.
Extend the hips rapidly, ,exploding out of the squat and lifting the ball to chest height. Rotate hands on the ball to an upright position.
Squat down and receive the weight of the medicine ball at the bottom of the squat.
Complete hip and knee extension with the ball at chest level and repeat.
