Hey Zach That was extremely helpful!! I cook for my parents. My hands cramp when chopping and dicing. Definitely felt sticky points around my thumb

Again, just what I needed. But what about a massagegun? Is that helpful with any of the fascia selfmassage?

The therapy guns certainly have some benefit but there's nothing like slow deep pressure in the right spots. A combination would have more benefit... especially when done repeatedly over time.
