PLEASE NOTE: This was a meeting I had with NZ SLPs working in private practice. I am choosing to share this with you all in an aim to help our community of SLPs. I comment in some parts of the recording about how teletherapy is managed in America. I don't claim to know it all, and if at some points I am not 100% accurate in those statements, I am sorry, I am not an American SLP and so am just going off what I have learned from others. Thank you for the video. Great info. I would add that here in the US I worked in a school district in a major metropolitan area. No schools in the entire metro area are using telepractice as the norm or at all prior to COVID19. I can't speak to other cities, but in this area it is not widely used at all prior to the shut down.

How do we share the audio from a website on GoToMeeting. You mention sites where a celebrity reads a book out loud, but my clients can't hear it.

That depends which teletherapy platform you use. Go to meeting and zoom both allow for this.

Hi this was a general overview. Each platform is different so if you want to know how to share your screen on the platform you use, you have to search for that particular platform. E.g. how to screen share on zoom.
