@@AdrianOnBars I followed your advices and now, after only a week, i can l-sit, it's not perfect, but i will still work on it. thanks! in your opinion what's the next skill that i should learn ?

@@crispafaus881 Congrats! My top 3 skills are L-sits, handstands and pistol squats. So you can pick one of the other two! (for handstands I already have videos but for pistols I'll be doing them in the next weeks)

Great channel !! I have trouble with l-sit for many months. I think the reason is one - lack of flexibility. Still I can't sit with my back at 90 degree on the floor. When I doing pike pulses (compression work) I'm rounding my back. Do you have any advices ?

Thank you! Ok so two things: 1. For the pike pulses try doing them with your back facing a wall to make sure you're straight (it will be significantly harder though) 2. For your general lack of flexibility I would recommend you to pick a lower body mobility routine from Tom Merrick's channel. First start out small with a 5 min routine and after a couple of months you could try a weighted mobility routine with PNF for faster progress Let me know how it goes :)
