setup: stand up > step behind on the outside > sit to full guard chin strap > deep gooseneck finish: 1. back heel with downward pressure 2. pull in knees toward own chest 3. curl in upper body trying to bring your own hands and chin close together 4. crunch towards the choke side to pressure uke's chin to his chest 5. hip into uke 6. roll wrist into throat
