Awe, thanks! I’m currently watching your dpn needle review video and will next watch your video on how to knit with them. You’ll be hearing from me. Perfect way to spend a Sunday morning with a hurricane on the way!!

I think it’s been downgraded to a tropical storm. We should be fine. I just do not want to lose power. But if we do I have a neck lamp so I can knit or read!!😊

Just finished using this technique on a variegated alpaca cowl. It works great! The magic knot, which I used on my test failed, as the cowl had to go over my head and loop twice when stretched. So happy I found you!

Thank you! I have seen this mentioned a bunch of times but this is the first time I have actually seen someone correctly demonstrate it! This seems great for most all yarn. Question, I am working with a bulky weight yarn, this method would probably make the yarn much too thick. What do you think the best join for bulky yarn would be?

I would say the felted join with thinning things out before.

Hi Norman! So very nice to see you again. I really enjoyed the video. Thank you for making it. Will this join work with natural fibres or would a "spit" join be more beneficial? Have a Wonderful Day.

you can use this one for every fiber. If the spit join works, I'd pick that as you can thin out the ends a bit and so it will be less noticable.
