Man, you think you know the stack pass til you learn it from Fabio. Saw four new details that I had never seen before after 12-1/2 years of training. Will be working this at 5:30am class. Thanks for sharing Stephan

Fabio knows a couple of things about Jiu Jitsu ... but wait ... 5:30 am class, that's impressive man! Badass

The final detail of using the belly on the hips at the end, creating no space, and also using next to no energy; great stuff

One of my favourite passes

The way he uses the belly pressure is so good, I relied more on the pant grip. Let's go train it

You can tell this guy is really really good. I bet he knows even more micro movements to make this wild

Never, never underestimate the power of the simple stack pass.

Wish you would show some of this stuff in full speed or during a competition. Then you could pause the video to point out the techniques. It all looks so simple when the person you’re working with is just going with the motion and not trying to counter
@MinhaFamiliaAQBJJ5 жыл бұрын
He posts them at this speed so you can go practice them at the same speed then at real speed
@therealmfwic95035 жыл бұрын
Adrian Q But why not show it at full speed then show the slow speed so you can see how it’s done?

Have you ever tried to pass any grappler that has a GOOD guard? This is what you do!
@StevenOyston Жыл бұрын
@@tra1in1 this is why the sport will never have spectators. You really think there arnt ways to just, bypass the guard?
