Nops, not in pregnancy, not for hernia, ulcer patients and if you ever had abdominal surgery, consult your yoga teacher first.

Ok ty so much.... I tried to do crow pose for a week but i m facing problem balancing the pose can you make a more detailed video for the balancing part
