I'm having pcod and have gap in ovaries not very serious but at initial stage.. so can i try this?

Nops, not in pregnancy, not for hernia, ulcer patients and if you ever had abdominal surgery, consult your yoga teacher first.

When to perform this asana...? Empty stomach?

Yes, and do not eat anything till 30 minutes after performing this. 👍

Ok ty so much.... I tried to do crow pose for a week but i m facing problem balancing the pose can you make a more detailed video for the balancing part

@@unpleasantlypleasant9164 it's a very detailed video for crow pose, don't worry keep practice as described in the video, and focus more on your fingers and core. It will be adapted by the body will take some regular practice.
