the c&d from activision has nothing to do with your high download speeds. Most people didnt even hear about this mod until the C&D. It has increased traffic and therefore slowed down servers hosting mod content. You just have cracked internet, live hella close to the server, got lucky, or maybe even all three lol.

On top of that people now can install the mod and use it without even paying for the game. Which was going to be a mandatory purchase if the mod didn't get shutdown officially. My download speed was unrelated. Just something else I was happy about.

its a problem with the base game (even the legit version!), you have to open the MW1 remastered game, single player and multiplayer, in safe boot mode. Then change the video settings to windowed, save the settings, then it should work when you change the boot setting back to regular.

I refunded the game last night but still have the files, currently downloading the 'h2m-usermaps' folder and already dragged the 'just h2m-mod' folder into my MWR directory. However, I just noticed that I don't have the h2m-mod.exe or H2M Launcher.exe in there. How will I be able to play without these or are they created once I drag the 'h2m-usermaps' folder? Thanks
