It may be easier to just team viewer download it for them after purchasing. Bunch of people who can’t read directions

Lol I hear you but due to the volume we sell we can't install for everyone who don't want to read the instructions.. I would have to hire 2 additional techs just to cover the daily installations. we do however offer a $100 installation fee at that rate I can pay the techs to click the download links and install for them.
