Actually you can but you'll have to mod it with windows first. So step 1, get an emulator Step 2, Install windows on Gameboy Color Step 3, Install Steam Step 4, Jump to Step 5

You don't have to uninstall and reinstall the game, just copy the already installed files into the steamapps/common folder, then click install on steam and chose the folder you just copyed the files Steam will download what it needs to and then update the already existing files.
