The outfit you are wearing (leather skirt and jean shirt) is so cute on you. I am glad the cloud has lifted for you and you are able to create.

So happy to see you looking happy and beautiful. Love that mini dress form. Like your self, I am industry train, and work in the fashion industry for many years as a designer, left in the year of 2000 due to I was having my last child. Didn’t want to be in that rat race in New York, but I do still love NY and all it’s fashions.

This looks awesome! I had a couple questions if you don't mind: Was the lining the 1st circle you cut out? What was the difference between the two circles? The outer had the upper skirt hem circumference? What made the lining bigger to be gathered into the outer? It seemed like they might have had the same larger circumference? Or were there two circles seamed together in the lining?
@DanielaTabois3 жыл бұрын
The 1st skirt that I cut out was half of the full circle skirt. When I cut out 2nd skirt, I used the half circle skirt and place it on the fold to cut out my full circle skirt which made the full circle skirt hem circumference bigger. I will show more in the next video.

Girl you better than me 🤣🤣🤣 I would have immediately cancelled my order and requested my money back if I didn’t get tracking info on an order. That’s major scammy to me!! But glad it eventually came in and it’s a nice lamp. But drop the name of the company so we won’t buy from them 🤣🤣🤣 Also where do you get your tape?? I really prefer to buy it in store but can’t seem to find it at none of the usual craft stores

Bubble hems are ancient history. My mother wore them during the 1950s. They also came and went on lavish short evening skirts I wore through the early 1980s, then they disappeared from designers' collections altogether. "Boujee" is a ridiculous term used in ghettos to berate anything cultured and refined. A low-class corruption of "bourgeois", no one we know would use the word.
