When I tried to chamfer the edge at the end, AutoCAD gave me an error saying, "failure while chamfering," no matter what. The only way I was able to get the result in the video was by extruding a 1x1 right triangle along an arc, snapping it to where the chamfer would be, then subtracting that shape from the bolt.

Hello, Make sure you do chamfer before creating the thread ie immediately after presspull Use Chamferedge option
