When I copy the brush it becomes slightly oval and I am not sure why

Disregard. I used liquify to evenly spread the dark erased center in the first circle. This warped the circle unnoticeably.

I’ve followed this video twice now and both times I can’t get it to copy into my brushes unless I leave layer one showing and then click copy all but then there’s a box around my bubble but if I click off that layer like you do it WILL Not copy over to the brush setting. It’s just a white square!!! Please help!! What am I doing wrong???
