I noticed that Jazza explains a lot of stuff in this tutorial he normally wouldn't such as that you don't need to draw digitally and talking about how the things learned here can be applied to people as well. This is a great idea because kids just getting into art will likely see this first as drawing dogs is a very common starting point into art. I know that when I was little all I wanted to do was draw a good dog. Great job on this video Jazza.

And that causes the general audience to believe that doing things digitally with digital art supplies = good art or that all tutorials done digitally will only be good done digitally. So in reality they are not wrong

It's all in the shapes. Each dog has specific shapes you can use to draw them. And that's the big secret to drawing anything really; shapes. Great tutorial as always, Jazza!

Hi Jazza. Thank you for keeping the basics simple. I'm a papier mache artist and I work on animals. I have to break the animals in shapes as well. It works the same as if you are drawing, but your creating a 3d model. I have it mastered .

Also I recommend when your sketching if your tracing over an image of the animal make it a color that pops out from the animal. Some of the best colors I recommend are green blue and red.
