Funny, 50 years ago I worked in the the Netherlands in the forest with an Unimog. It was a more square model, the one before the one you drawed above. Brings back good souvenirs! Thanks mate, hope to see you @ beaulieu👍

Driving a Unimog definitely scores very highly on the cool scale :) At a meet in Germany I saw the very first models - they were tiny!

@@gcretu5697 Thanks for the nice comment. I’m beginning to wonder if people are not watching these to practice drawing - but to help relax or go to sleep ;)

Always liked the Unimog and the Forward Control Land Rovers. Nice sketch, Stefan. Just a question: What do you do with all the sketches you create for the channel?
@StefanMarjoram4 ай бұрын
They mostly end up in a box. Occasionally I might send.a nice one to a patron. If you'd like one, make a donation to Unicef and let me know an address :)

I will make a donation but I live in Spain and the post service is terrible. Cheers anyway

Got a question for you. The Steady Crafting channel..with the Crafs'man, once plugged your work by showing him saving a couple pages in an old Animation magazine with an article on you. Trade Secrets Lip Synch and facial Animation. Can you tell me which issue that was? Thanks. By the way, that's one of the most pleasant Steady Crafting videos he's done. I just rewatched it again. (How I Animate Without Taking A Year (Or Ten) | Jittery Paper Animation) I subbed your channel just now. By the way, what's the pen you're using? I think it's a Bic Crystal. Maybe the fine point .07. (On ebay only from the U.K. for some reason!) I like drawing with old gray Papermate 1.0 Pens on newspaper because that old discontinued pen can draw just a wisp of tone or full ink black. I do a lot of tiny tiny faces that somehow keep looking Mike Mazurki's pallbearers)

@@sclogse1 Thanks for the interesting comment. I love the steady craftin’ videos. He seems a very kind and thoughtful soul - it was an honour to get a mention. I think the lip-sync article was in issue 63. I also did some stuff for issue 24. If you’d like to read them, drop me a message via Instagram or Fb and I’ll send over a few snaps. The bic is a refill from a fancy aluminium bodied one - which I don’t use because I prefer the lighter plastic. I think it might have been 1mm. I also tried some 1.6mm bics - the size of the ball is hilarious. Quite nice to draw with - but it blobs a bit and gets through ink really fast. One of the good thing with bics is their standardisation. I thought I’d found the perfect pen recently (alphapen) - bought some more and they’d changed the tips. Perhaps I need to do a film on biros :)

Great drawing as always! I have a request for you, can you do a Lamborghini Miura next time? 🫡
