Excellent. I haven't got the first clue about this app, although I have it. I was discouraged first time I opened it, and put off, so I haven't used it. This gives me hope! It looks like there are program-unique ways to do familiar things. Yay. I see a light in the dark.

I love everything about this tutorial. The fact u choose to draw a shoe. To u choose gray. Perfect!!! Why?? For those dat would question. Not everyone will agree on certain colours watching from a video. I felt u embodied the effective principles of drawing and how u to concepts. I am really excited to watch this video 50 times

For my 1st deep dive of using concepts. I did not have a flow of how to scale both the drawing and the art board. To mi the art board seems to be idk maybe I had my drawing too big for my art board. I was able to adjust a few lines. But I really don't what I am doing.

ARE THERE ANY OTHER BRUSH OPTIONS... KITS TO PURCHASE ETC.... BESIDES JUST THE WATERCOLOR ONE... AND I SEE THE ERASER... AND IT CAN BE USED TO FADE OUT.... BUT WHAT ABOUT BLENDING TO GIVE DEPTH IN COLOR... THANK YOU

Eraser masks are a neat tool, but it is NOT the same as a true layer mask. This is a basic feature of just about every design app out there right now, so it’s baffling why Concepts still has not implemented layer masks after this many years.

Again - if you had layer masks.. all this erasing mumbo jumbo would not be needed.. just clip the mask to the layer... how can layer masks and clipping not be in this software yet when it can do so much!!

I love Concepts but I don’t use it as often I would like to just because of paint and eraser philosophy. I’m drawer, illustrator, and I like to draw using vectors. So far most of the time I was using Macromedia /adobe/Flash in the way I use natural mediia on paper with option of lossless enlargement. When I discovered Concepts I give up Adobe , but... I’m not doing to many correction in my works , still have almost unused eraser that remember my secondary Art school from late 80 of 20th century. But sometime some corrections are necessary and at this point Flash paint and eraser tools are better for me than Concepts. Why? Just because brush creates lines that blends into shapes, spots of colors and eraser removes unnecessary part of it instead of masking them as Concepts eraser does. Erase something, for me means remove it for good. It is very important when We’re creating something for production, print etc because we have less curves to control and have less unexpected surprises in prepress etc. But I like Concepts a lot ;-)

A lot of progress for IOS while Windows users are left with only basic tools... How difficult is it to carry out a joint progression of platforms? It seems to me to be something very common in drawing apps, this difference in advancement between platforms. I hope that more competitors will appear and that you will be left behind - or just that you will start giving more support to Windows users.

Can you just erase parts of the stroke without using the mask? Mask seems annoying to fuss with.

In the current version there's a tool called _slice_ that acts as a destructive eraser.
