Karen I am way too old to be looking at fashion illustration as anything other than entertainment but it IS entertaining! I've always loved shoes so making them up as drawings will be super fun for me. Can't wait to dive into this. Thanks for coming up with this!!!

OK that was way easier than I thought it would be. I am currently revamping my creative cove area!! I love this though. Oh, and I also wear Birks every day!! BTW, my grandson was here... he left last saturday. He had been here for like 3 weeks. Before he left, he asked if we could do a canvas together before he left. We went and picked up a smaller pack and went at it. He chose the subject matter as well. INTERESTING subject matter!!! I am going to post the pictures on facebook. BTW, I am loving the new book. I have come home and looked at it each night from work and every night I get ready for bed. I think I mentioned before, it came the day that my boy left so it really cheered me up. I just love the beauty of it but it is packed full of great ideas and information!! Thanks again. Everyone out there if you haven't gotten Karen's NEW book OMG goooooo geeeeet it!!!!! Well worth it!!!

Funny topic...as in my paintings the shoes are so integral in defining the personality of my characters. If she’s not a ballet character, the shoes are rather large. Not sure why...but I go with it. Lol Thanks as always❤️
