All the compounds in this molecule are from even groups of the periodic table and the charge is also an even number so there would be no unpaired electrons in the structure. Draw single bonds and add a double bond to fix up the total charge.

Easy, oxygen gets an extra pair and forms a double bond with carbon so carbon has a full octet :)

That’s just the electric charge sense carbon can only have 4e and it needs 2 more electrons to complete its orbit so used the (-2) to form a double bond with carbon and create a full octet :)
