100% agree I used to have Psychosis and paranoid thoughts like "people thinking about me talking about me etc. Very odd behavior after getting off Adderall from 7-16. Antidepressants at 18-29. 31 now. I took way to much, but took about 20g of Gold caps (Psilocybin containing mushroom) I analyzed my entire life. The emotions that came out helped me understand behavior etc more. Wont ever need to do it again because I'm happy and contempt forever, but I wish more people did this to alter their perception of reality. Would help with healing much trauma

Sometimes it's necessary to hold your breath after drinking, for this you have to sniff something (a cucumber, a pickle, a piece of bread) but if you have nothing you can smell a sleeve or wrist :) (or just hold your breath for a while). Vodka you don't drink alone. Drinking vodka is a social activity. Ideally, at least 3 people. Never drink from the bottle, always pour into a glass. It is considered bad form, uncultured behaviour. Vodka is drunk with zakuski - special snacks to chase it down. Like i said, drinking in Russia is a social activity - if there is vodka on the table, there is also food. Pickles, cold cuts, salad, salted/smoked fish, bread etc. It is often said you don't eat zakuski after the first glass - sometimes not even after second...up to you.
