@willmotivation Prefer my 911 Carerra 4 GTS as daily driver over my RS3 as never have rear passengers or do Home Depot runs...haha...but a few convenience things you might find handy... - Long press door handle indent if your hands are full and you notice an open window or moonroof and it'll automatically close them and lock vehicle. Same dealio on key fob. Long press unlock button or indent to open all windows and tip up moonroof for car to cool down if activated in MMI. - Parking brake doesn't auto-disengage on throttle unless seatbelt is fastened. - Always need to leave side mirror adjustment knob to right if reverse mirror dip feature to activate. You need to adjust mirror tilt down while vehicle is in reverse. Driving and reverse tilt mirror positions and also steeriing wheel position (if you have powered steering column adjustment) is saved with seat memory button and key fob. - If you hold the ESP (Traction Control) button for around 10-15 seconds it should stay off till ignition is shut off and Launch Control will engage at a higher RPMS range instead. - If you have Matrix LED headlights option there should be a start-up and lock animation. - If you hit climate control button immediately after you shut off vehicle the climate controls will stay on for 15 mins or so even with vehicle off - Hold wiper stalk down for a few seconds after shutting off car to put into service mode for cleaning or for lifting off windshield when parked in snowy conditions.

@@WillMotivation Haha. Just discover over time with consistent Audi/Porsche ownership. Have never even opened up any manual in my life. ECU or TCU Stage 2 tunes aside...This is probably an uncommon opinion but my best mod for the RS3...or any of my whips for that matter...will always be mobile remote start system with a smartphone module... Of course parking your whip in a garage overnight helps but getting that whip cooled down or warmed up and/or windows defrosted long before I ever get into it when out and about town is a must. Nothing worse than stepping into a scorching vehicle or having to scrape your frozen windshield. It's the first thing I get installed every time the vehicle rolls out of the dealership. That and I always hide a de-chirped Apple AirTag somewhere in the vehicle. Lol.

I just put a IE carbon intake on my '23 RS3 and man did it change the tone. Nice and throaty and you can hear the DV woosh and hear the turbo spool a little more.

The trunk thing is both annoying and great at the same time. If you get it right then it closes, no prints on your trunk lid. But if not you try again or just put fingerprints on the trunk. When it closes its so satisfying. Curious about the mirror dip. Do you still need to have it selected on the right mirror for it to work? PS the steering won't jerk back if you use your signal to change lanes. But lane keep can be good but sucks when the lines are faded etc

The parking brake one, all my Audis had from 2016, just had to have your seatbelt on, but they do update software so my 2017 q2 now also has it, just hit the gas and the e brake releases

I can't get over just how baller this 2023 looks. Quite the improvement over the last gen it seems and that RS front grill is the bomb. When I test drove the 2019 RS3 back in June (I was this close to buying it) I noticed it took the corners very well and drove quite nicely in Comfort mode. It sounded great and hugged me in my seat really well. Car was quick and the cockpit was amazing. What I did notice was that the car had to be in Sport mode to feel fast though. I got it to go from a really well but had to really drill the throttle pretty hard. On the freeway I noticed it sat high and caught wind pretty easy which I was surprised about. I think the latest gen might sit lower then...

I was under the impression that when you flick the little shifter down, you don't go into full sport mode, but you put the transmission into sport mode, which makes the shifts more aggressive, and holds the revs longer. Correct me if I'm wrong please

@@WillMotivation yeah I just picked it up today. Driving home I was playing with it and so if you flick the little shifter down while you're in third gear let's say it'll say S3. Which is sport transmission. If you flick it again, it'll say D3. Which is a less aggressive setting for the transmission. Also if you're sitting in park and the car is idling and it's in D, and you flick it down, you'll hear the valves open and the exhaust and engine will get a lot louder, and then it'll say S.

I just picked my 2024 glacier white up today. One thing I noticed is the folding mirrors will fold when you lock the car with the key fob. However when you unlock the car with the key fob they don't unfold. The only way for them to unfold is once you get in the car and start the car. Then they unfold. I went into the infotainment and tried to see if there was a way to change that but couldn't find a way. I know other cars mirrors unfold when your walking to the car and you unlock the doors with the key fob. Then they just automatically unfold. Since you own the car, do you know if there is a way to do it that way, or do you have to just get in and start the car for the mirrors to unfold. PS... I know there's a little switch inside of the door that you can turn to unfold and fold the mirrors at will. But besides that, it doesn't seem like there's a way to have the mirrors unfold from outside the car by using the unlock button on the key fob. Please correct me if I'm wrong. Sorry for the long post. Great video by the way!

The steering isn’t “auto drive” even though it will do it, it’s a lane departure warning. Leave your hand off the steering wheel and it will give you a warning. It even popped up on your screen.

I’ve never seen the magma red seats in these… I’ve only seen the black, the taupe/grey with red stitching, the black with red contrast stitching, and the latest one I’ve seen has these red accents on the shoulders. I’ve never seen the solid red magma red interior that you see in other Audis like the SQ5/S5 etc. that interior is popular and I look at these nationwide all the time, I’ve never seen red seats…
