I’m very impressed at all the progress you’ve made with your videos. I’ve honestly been waiting for you to start the tutorials again just to see your growth. You sound so excited just to start it all, it’s absolutely infectious and really gets me motivated to put on my own boots and get out there. I really hope to see more of these tutorials. As my own close friend and teacher said, when it comes to rolling down ramps, just go with the flow. Fighting it only makes riding a surface more dangerous.

😇🙏 Thanks in advance Daniel! And nice to hear from you. :) So like your teacher said, always go with the flow and try to not think too much about it.

I played ice hockey for 10 years before picking up roller skating, i've stared down(and been hit hard by) guys twice my size on the ice but man trying to drop in on a 2 meter quarter pipe was far more terrifying than anything ive ever done on the rink
@skamidanen2 жыл бұрын
In the beginning it can be hard to drop a quarter pipe, but you will see, it's still easier than it seems to be. 🙂👌

So I've been able to drop in on banks and roll ins for years now but I still don't have the confidence to drop in on quarter/half pipes. I really want to more than anything. How can I overcome my fear and not injure myself during the drop in?
@skamidanen5 жыл бұрын
Hey this is already awesome! To overcome fear, first try to skate the lowest ramp you can find, then take a look for bigger ones. :)

First of all, thank you very much! 😇🙏 And yes, without carving it's the same as doing a 180° jump. :) kzbin.info/www/bejne/hZWrd4Rmn6eqnbs
