In true dad fashion, my four year old tripped on thin air. I caught her fall with one hand and it unfortunately went right to that muscle. Instant pain. It’s estimated 4-6 weeks if I stop aggravating it. Thanks for asking!

So, now I did it: first a climax superset with inverted row and dips adding one rep to both up to 5, then down and with climax repeating the 5 reps. After that I did another climax superse tiwh pull up and push up, adding one rep to the pulls and 2 to the push. It was a great way to go back to training after 10 days travelling with not much done in this area... It felt great afterwards, and really tired (good tired!). Thanks for introducing this method!
