To clarify, I received my PMP in June of 2023 and it expires in June of 2026; So by June of 2026, I'll need to complete the 60 PDU's to remain in good standing with my renewal?

That's correct, you’ll need to earn 60 PDUs per 3-year cycle, per PMI's website - www.pmi.org/certifications/certification-resources/maintain/renew Btw, it's actually quite easy to earn PDUs, and I"ll be sharing a future video walking you through how to do it the easy way, so you don't feel overwhelm or have to "cram" last minute. So be sure to stay subscribed to the channel, for when I release that video this year!

I took an RMP course of 30 hours & claimed it as PDUs. PMI then sent me an amail asking for more information & I sent them the training course certificate but now I’m so worried because no one ever has ever recieved such email before.

Thanks for the Video Alvin. I am trying to report PDUs, once I submit PDUs (for Education) it goes to a blank page, and I don't see any update to earend PDUs in my PMI account. I was using Microsoft Edge, but online chat with PMI told me to use Chrome instead. I used Chrome, but same thing happended today. I think in this video you mentioend that ocne PDU is submitted it takes few business days to show up in our PMI profile, is that correct? so if I submitt PDUs today, when I should see PDUs in my PMI account please? Thanks

Hi Alvin! For PMP CCR, in the “Giving Back to the Profession” category, would creation of a youtube channel and video (on PMP topic) be allowed for the “Create Content” option? Seems like you may be doing that with your channel. If we can, what exactly would be required as proof of verification for the video to PMI? URL to the video? Actual mp4 file of the video? Other? I need to renew by PMP certificate and need 60 pdu, which I got updated on my profile and it is showing "0 pdu remaining to review". I have 40 pdu approved on the profile. What do I have to do to renew the pmp certificate.

@Adarsh Jha, that is correct, you can do all your PDUs from education and that is perfectly acceptable to renew your PMP

@Alvin the PM - Become a Certified Project Manager Thanks Alvin, I have a follow-up question- If we report 180 pdu in one year does the certification gets renewed straight for 9 years so if I do it in 2023 the expiry would be in 2032. Or is there a limit to the pdus that can be done at a stretch
