I actually suffer with SAD in the hot summer months but everyone always talks about it in the winter months because it’s more common

Disappointed at no mention of the importance of Vit D October to April in the UK. Low D can cause low mood, lethargy etc.

Yep, you are right... And Serotonin harmon also necessary for this therapy... We get from sunlight and through diet also
