Thank you, I did this tonight at age 32. I haven't been swimming for almost 20 years, recently started again (3 times) and tonight for the first time in my life I did a head first dive off the 3m after watching this video. It was literally as simple as just falling forward and making the body tense. Was so much fun and I felt on top of the world althought I swallowed a crapton of water

This is an ok tutorial, but do not put your hands in that position as it may hurt your head. Search up a professional diver diving, and you will see how their hands are placed differently

also it wont kill you if you open your eyes midair/underwater without goggles. It will js hurt for like a minute and will give you some trauma :D

I would do this if I would not get ear infections, I know I have earplugs but they will come off because of the impact.

If possible look into an ENT doctor sometimes they will make you custom ear plugs that stay in better ❤
