Super awesome content. Much more refined than the simple hesitation I learned by copying Butch Lee of Dewit Clinton and then later Marquette in the 70's. Yeah, I'm 60. Lol. Just glad to see how this has progressed and been polished over the years. It truly is the path for the player who is super quick over ten feet but loses some ground when size catches up. Turning the floor into ten foot blocks is the only answer for that. Thanks for putting this out there.

It's good content but you can't explain basketball for 10mins..you need to demonstrate or get some players to assist. This does not help a player work on the moves.

He didn’t explain just 1 thing he explained 3 types of moves throughout the video. Also you can go to the gym and practice yourself.
