Shouldn't you have addressed the issue with the plug on the disposal, like when to knock it out and when not too. Very helpful video thanks a lot.

The blue plug on the disposal should be popped out when a dishwasher drain line is connected. Otherwise, leave the plug in. I am glad the video helped you!

Don't know what that meant. It worked for me. Only thing with mine was I did not have a plug. It was all hard wired to a switch.
