Thank you Brendan, everything worked for except Conversations, made a call with the assistant on vapi, but the transcript never showed on Voice glow.

Make sure your API keys are correctly connected, if that doesn't work try creating a new agent.

This is cool, the only issue is for more complex and variable agents, not even including outbound callers, it wont work since you dont have the assistant ID

Yeah there are a few limitations, although if you really need it, you can contact Moe at Voiceglow and he might integrate those featues for you.

Great video! To be clear, when a new user signs up, are you still creating the agent in Vapi on their behalf or is it an automated process that they create themselves through voice glow?

you will make a new vapi account for each client create the agent for them and let them pay for the account consumption , and then connect vapi to this dashboard as the backend of the aggent

Biggest advantage is restricting access to the prompt, otherwise your clients can clone your systems and leave.

@@brendanautomation if they've got their own vapi account for billing wouldn't they be able to see the prompt anyways? When I set it up for my client I made them an org and they had to go in and enter their billing details.

The reason you don't just tell them about vapi so you can charge them a subscription fee, as well as per minute usage fee. Each company paying you potentially hundreds of dollars, with very little interaction with you.

the server URL part created an error for me in VAPI and no longer let me update the assistant. It kept giving me a red box saying the server URL is incorrect. Is there an updated method as it is asking for the server URL not the Organization ID

Try contact the team at Voiceglow, Vapi has quite extensive APIs so it was likely much easier.

Bro idk why I did all of the setup in VAPI even added the MAKE webhook and after testing it once it worked well but in the next try the VAPI setup got changed automatically. Out of no where and even spoiled the make webhook structure. Could u pls help me to fix that. VAPI is changing its settings automatically.

They shouldn't be changing frequently, and Vapi should provide an update when they do. Is it still changing for you?
