Hello Rob, on your 6th attempt in quali you did your pole lap, 57.9 but if you see it in detail, you miss a lot of good apex in this lap, you had clearly 0.3sec in your hand! I know sometime when we race a lot the same track we loose perception to be better (I had often the same problem on one track). After that, great driving and I like your channel, so thank you and good job!

Idk about u rob but at my local gokart place there are outside carts that are similar to these and everyone thinks I'm in the wrong when taking wide turns like you do.... when in the end I end up passing them and they get all mad LOL although I've never touched karts like these I do have a dirt slak kart on slicks with a 212 cc engine that can do about 70mph at the track in the city

I must admit, I had better faith in your abilities. I honestly thought you'd have overtaken the back markers on the 3rd lap.. this might be giving me a false sense of hope for the 27th January cpmmunity race :D Loving the videos and having raced at Sheffield the other day, what a track! That concrete is very slippy though!

So did I, to be honest! 😂 Sheffield concrete is grippy compared to most others - unless it was really cold, as sometimes it gets a bit of condensation build up...!

@@RobGoesRacing it was pretty cold and Kart 25 was sliding all over the place! At Coventry, (my usual track) the concrete seemed rather grippy. So I think it really does just depend on the conditions. Looking forward to racing you next year!
