I'll go over everything I eat in a typical day and show you how easy and tasty it is to eat keto for a day...or forever! The food I eat every day is always real whole food, tasty, and supports both my nutritional and macro goals.
My nutritional goals are:
1-2 cups of leafy greens
1/2 cup cruciferous veggies
1 1/2 cups of additional non-starchy veggies
1/3-1/2 cup of berries
My macro goals are:
70g protein minimum
20-45g carbs
60-80g fat

I love how simple Keto is, once you know how to combine foods to get the needed nutrients for support throughout the day. ❤️ I struggle with setting aside time to meal plan, but if I can just get over that hurdle of self-discipline…! I’m grateful for your videos, podcasts, and website that gives us loads of info to help us see “food as medicine,” rather than as the enemy.

this is a great video…thank you. i did your 12 week keto class last summer and learned a lot. i appreciate you sharing your macros…but if i do the math…it puts you at about 1000-1200 calories a day. this seems low to me. wondering if you could comment on if you are carb cycling or have days where you consume more calories?

Yes there are definitely days that are higher calorie especially weekends likely going up to 1600-1800. For many smaller women, BMR is around 1200 calories which means this can be appropriate.
