I have found in the game file "LateUnrest" and dont know what it in means in the game or what regulates can you help me?

I'm not sure but I would assume it's the either triggered by your approval or something else you did. I would recommend increasing your approval to 100 across the board for everyone and every house/religion then for the "LateUnrest" set it to false if it's set to true.

@@DaeronDrakon thank you but its not true o false but a number mine was 10 and i put it to 0 i guess we will see what happens

Ah ok. In that case setting it to zero is your best bet. That could be one of those weird stats where negative numbers are better for you but im not sure.
